Support mission for a change of life

A family asked me to help them prepare for their move abroad.

Together, we assessed their possessions, then effectively reduced them, step by step, for a peaceful change of life.

Format: 5 sessions spread over 2 months – hybrid: in person and online

The problem

The constraint was to move only with suitcases.

My client is felt discouraged by the magnitude of the task, and was no longer able to make progress in sorting or organize the process efficiently.

She had need concrete help to lighten your environment and move forward serenely in the coming steps.

My role and my approach

My role was to help my client to eliminate visual clutter and thus facilitate decisions. Through practical sessions, in person and remotely, I supported this family in the progressive sorting of their possessions, bringing them a clear vision of actions to undertake.

I helped them to think about their material needs and to project themselves into their future environment, which allowed them to:move forward serenely.

Tangible results

After each decluttering session, my client could easily visualize his next actions and decisions.

With a clear space, she has found motivation again, finalized its sorting and prepared his bags for departure.

Each support session, in person or remotely, helped her progress step by step, with a personalized action plan And constant support to meet deadlines.
